Ed Allen (Author)
Edward "Ed" Allen (born October 20, 1948 in New Haven, Connecticut ) is an American author.
Life
Allen grew up in a New York suburb. He graduated from Ohio University with an MA in 1986, and in 1989 he was awarded a Ph.D.
He has worked for well-known American magazines such as The New Yorker , Story Magazine , Gentlemen's Quarterly and Southwest Review .
In 2003 his novel Mustang Sally was filmed under the name Easy Six .
Allen lives in Vermillion , South Dakota
