Edith Parker was an American tennis player around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

In 1900, she and her compatriot Hallie Champlin won the women's doubles at the US tennis championships (now the US Open ). They defeated Marie Wimer and Myrtle McAteer in three sets 9: 7, 6: 2, 6: 2.
