Ediz Hun
Ediz Hun (born November 20, 1940 in Istanbul , Turkey ) is a Turkish actor and former politician.
Life
After graduating from St. George's College in Istanbul, Ediz Hun studied biology and environmental sciences at the University of Oslo and Trondheim .
He gained his first film experience in 1963 with the film Genç Kizlar together with Hülya Koçyiğit . In the 1960s and 1970s he appeared in up to 100 films. The number of feature films in which he was actively involved has decreased since then. In recent years he has mainly played roles in soap operas.
Since 1985 he has also been a lecturer at Marmara University .
Ediz Hun also acted as a politician in the meantime. Between 1999 and 2002 he was a member of the motherland party ANAP .
He is married and has two children.
