The Edlin Firn Field is a firn field in the Bowers Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is on the west side of Mount Sturm . Numerous glaciers, including the Carryer , Irwin , McLin and Graveson glaciers , are fed by this firn field.
Participants in a 1967 to 1968 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named it after George Edlin, the Scott Base postmaster who helped the expedition conduct field research.
