The Graveson Glacier is a wide side glacier of the Lillie Glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Bowers Mountains it flows between the Posey Range and the southern part of the Explorers Range . It is fed by numerous smaller side glaciers and reaches the Lillie Glacier via the Flensing Icefall .
The northern group of a 1963-1964 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named it after the mining engineer James Francis (Frank) Graveson, a participant of the expedition who wintered at Scott Base in 1963 .
