Edmund Choi
Edmund Choi is an American film composer .
Life
Choi studied composition and conducting at New York University and the Juilliard School of Music . He began his career as an assistant to Carter Burwell ( Barton Fink (1991), Fargo (1996)). As early as 1992 he was the composer for M. Night Shyamalan's debut film Praying with Anger , and five years later he wrote the film music again for Shyamalan's Wide Awake .
In 2001 he won the Film Critics Circle of Australia Awards for his music in the film The Dish .
