Eduard von Young
Baron Eduard Wilhelm Fernando von Young (born September 13, 1815 in Gumbinnen , † October 16, 1886 in Berlin ) was a Prussian district administrator . Young officiated as district administrator in the district of Schlochau (1860), then moved to the district of Strasburg i. Western pr. (1861–1864) and finally worked as a district administrator in the Czarnikau district (1864–1872).
