Eduardo Gonzalo Ramírez
Eduardo Gonzalo Ramírez (born August 25, 1983 in Mataró ) is a Spanish cyclist .
Athletic career
Eduardo Gonzalo won the overall ranking of the Ronde de l'Isard d'Ariège in 2005 . He then got a professional contract with the French Professional Continental Team Agritubel for the following season in 2006 . In his first year as a professional, he won one stage each on the smaller French tours Tour du Nord-Isère and Circuit de Lorraine .
Then Gonzalo was included in the team for the Tour de France 2006 , which he finished in 117th. At the 2007 Tour de France , he gave up during the first stage after sustaining a shoulder injury in a collision with an escort vehicle. In 2008 he finished the tour in 39th place; the following year he gave up after the eighth stage.
