Egidijus Bičkauskas
Egidijus Bičkauskas (born May 29, 1955 in Jieznas , Prienai district ) is a Lithuanian lawyer and politician , member of the Seimas , vice-president of parliament.
Life
From 1968 he lived with the family in Vilnius . After graduating from secondary school in Žirmūnai in 1973 , he graduated from Vilniaus universitetas with a law degree in 1978 and worked as an investigator in the Vilnius Public Prosecutor's Office . In 1989 he was elected to the Deputate of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union in Šilutė . In 1990 he became a member of the Seimas, then Deputy Chairman of the Seimas, Ambassador to Russia . In 1996 he was elected to parliament in Justiniškės .
Since 1993 he has been a member of the Centro sąjunga .
