Egizia is a board game for 2-4 players that plays the pyramid builder in ancient Egypt. The name is the Italian word for ancient Egyptian. The game authors are the Italians Stefano Luperto, Flaminia Brasini, Virginio Gigli and Antonio Tinto, who call themselves “Acchittocca” as a game workshop.

The theme and objective of the game

The players occupy fields on the Nile with ships, acquire construction crews and stones in order to work on large structures (pyramids, obelisks, etc.). In five rounds, which are divided into placement and supply phases, you collect victory points.

Egizia is a challenging worker placement - strategy game that in 2010 the 7th place in the German game prize finished and got some international awards.
