The former coach house is in the district of Venn in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ), Roermond road 279 a-c.
The building was built in 1898. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on June 2, 1987 under No.R 021 .

The coach house, which belongs to Villa Walendy, is located on the old connecting road from Mönchengladbach to Hardt and on to Roermond .
architecture
The coach house, which was completed shortly before the turn of the century (probably 1898), with its open archway forms the entrance to the Roermonder Str. 279 complex. The former coach house extends over an acute angle into the park.
