The former town hall is a historical, public secular building in the Heilbronn district of Horkheim . The core of today's town hall dates back to the Middle Ages, with the town hall as such being mentioned for the first time in 1595 and again in 1619. In 1768 the building was rebuilt in the Baroque style. The roof was renewed in the middle of the 19th century and again in the middle of the 20th century. When the roof was last renewed in the 20th century, the town hall clock was also restored. It is located at Schleusenstraße 18. The listed building is a cultural monument .

description

The building is a two-story building. The upper floor in the plastered half-timbering rests on a ground floor in rubble stone. The entrance portal with a rich profile and a wedge that indicates the date of the Baroque transformation as 1768 is remarkable .
