Marriage law
The marriage law is the branch of the family law of the legal standards that relate to the content, formation and dissolution of the marriage and the relationship of the spouses relate to each other.
The field of law includes clarification of marital rights and obligations, marriage separation, divorce ( divorce law ), various forms of invalidity of marriage ( annulment , nullity ), as well as the regulation of names for marriage and legitimate children (marital name law ), matrimonial property law , and the nationally different ones forms of same-sex marriages and other civil partnerships , in relation to other communities .
