The dish of honor for outstanding combat performance by the Luftwaffe was an award that was given in the German Reich during the Second World War .

It was donated on June 15, 1942 by the Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force Hermann Göring for members of the Air Force field units as a counterpart to the Aviator's Cup of Honor. About 50 bowls were awarded; the exact number is not known. After December 10, 1944, the award was no longer given.

The bowl has a diameter of 280 mm and a weight of 408 grams. The upper tapes with the name of the recipient and the date of the award are hand-engraved.
