architecture
Together with the neighboring corner building at Eickener Straße 195, the aforementioned property forms a group of historic residential buildings that continues into Eickener Straße. The typical three-window house on three floors with a high jamb and a gently sloping gable roof was built in 1902/1903. Stucco facade facing the street in historicizing forms. Worth protecting in connection with the adjacent corner development of a historic residential building.
