architecture
The building is located on the edge of the historic expansion area in Eicken as a striking corner building between Eickener- and Goethestrasse, diagonally across from the 19th-century Maria Rosenkranz church.
It is a right-angled, single-axis beveled, three-storey residential building with five axes on both sides of the street. The building on the eaves is crowned by three gables .
The house is worthy of protection because of its exposed location as a head development between Goethe and Eickener Straße, diagonally opposite the church, to which it refers in the facade design (entrance). The building is located in a row of similar houses and therefore forms an indispensable part of the ensemble.
