Federal Front
The Eidgenössische Front / Eidgenössische Aktion was a political party in Switzerland that is part of the front movement .
history
In 1931 the Federal Front was founded as a committee against the introduction of old-age and survivors' insurance (AHV) and, in general, against the expansion of the welfare state . When the people rejected the introduction of the AHV on December 6, 1931, the real purpose of the Federal Front was fulfilled.
During the spring of the front in 1933, the Federal Front was re-established under the leadership of the brothers Wilhelm Frick and Hans Frick.
In 1937, the Federal Front was renamed Federal Action .
In 1939, the Federal Action was dissolved.
Political orientation
The Federal Front fought against the expansion of the welfare state, parliamentarianism , Bolshevism and state interventionism . It represented a liberal economic model, advocated the leadership state and was anti-Semitic.
