Eikerapen is a place in the southern Norwegian province ( Fylke ) Agder . It belongs to the Åseral municipality . Until the end of 2019, the place belonged to the former province of Vest-Agder , which became part of Agder on January 1, 2020.
Today Eikerapen is a popular skiing and hiking area. Every year in the first week of August, the Eikerapen Roots Festival takes place with around 6,000 visitors.
