Ekkehard Uhlmann

Ekkehard Uhlmann (born September 8, 1959 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) is a German politician ( PDS ) and former member of the Saxon state parliament .

Life

After visiting the POS in Karl-Marx-Stadt, Ekkehard Uhlmann worked as a vehicle fitter in Karl-Marx-Stadt in 1978. After further training in the German Red Cross , he worked as an instructor for education and training. After further training in the penal system and in the district academy for health and social services, he worked as a nurse in the medical service of the Chemnitz prison .

Uhlmann is a member of the ÖTV and the Society for Emergency Medicine of the German Red Cross.

Uhlmann is married and has two children.

Ekkehard Uhlmann was party chairman of the KPD from September 1990 . Also in 1990 he was a member of the Central Arbitration Commission of the ANTIFA Association.

In October 1990 Uhlmann moved into the Saxon state parliament via the state list. There he was a member of the Interior Committee. In 1993 he left the PDS parliamentary group and belonged to the state parliament as a non-attached member of parliament until the end of the 1994 electoral term.
