Eleanor A. Garatti-Saville (born June 12, 1909 in Belvedere , California , † September 9, 1998 in Orinda , California) was an American swimmer.

Saville first took part in the 1928 Olympic Games , where she won the gold medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay and the silver medal in the individual 100 m freestyle competition. After the Olympic Games, she married and took the name Garatti, under which she then took part in the Olympic Games in 1932 . Four years earlier it had started under the name Saville. Again she won the gold medal with the relay of four, being the only swimmer who had already belonged to the 1928 winning relay. In the individual competition she swam a new world record in the heats, but in the final she missed the victory and won the bronze medal.

In 1929 she won the AAU 100 m freestyle competition and was the first woman to stay under 1:10 minutes.
