Electoral Complaints Commission

The Electoral Complaints Commission ( ECC for short ) is Afghanistan's election complaints commission. Among other things, she was responsible for the proper conduct of the parliamentary elections in Afghanistan in 2010 .

Originally half of the commission was international. Shortly before the parliamentary elections in 2010, it was only filled with Afghans at the instigation of Hamid Karzai .
