Ludwig Roland-Lücke (* February 21, 1855 in Lower Sick ; † February 13, 1917 in the Berlin-Heidelberg express train) was a member of the board of directors of Deutsche Bank and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Roland-Lücke was the son of a papermaker and attended the community school and the Progymnasium in Braunschweig . From 1872 to 1875 he completed an apprenticeship in banking in Braunschweig and from 1875-76 served as a one-year volunteer with the 67th Infantry Regiment in Braunschweig. From 1877 to 1893 he was a civil servant and later director of the Hamburg branch of Deutsche Bank . In 1894 he was deputy director at Siemens in Berlin for half a year . Between 1894 and 1907 he was a member of the board of directors of Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Überseeische Bank. In 1905 he was responsible for founding the Central American Bank. In 1908 he moved to the supervisory board of Deutsche Bank and retired to an estate in Freienwalde. From 1911 to 1914 he was on the board of directors of the Hansa Federation and treasurer of the Federation of Industrialists .

From 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz ( Neustrelitz, Neubrandenburg , Schönberg ) and the National Liberal Party .
