Lilienthal Elephant Museum

The elephant museum Lilienthal ("Elefantastic - Mythos Elefant - Sammlung Volker Kühn") is a privately run museum on the subject of elephants . It is located in the municipality of Lilienthal in the Osterholz district in Lower Saxony .

In the exhibition of Galerie Kühn, elephants from all over the world are presented in around 5,000 exhibits: elephants in cultural history as sculpture , as a picture, as a gift and as kitsch .

The museum in Hauptstraße 2a is open three days a week and individually by appointment.
