Jean Solé

Jean Solé (born August 2, 1948 in Vic-Fezensac ) is a French comic artist and illustrator .

Jean Solé joined Pilote magazine in 1971 where he became known for psychedelic comics and graphics. From 1974 he became a regular cover artist for L'Écho des Savanes , in 1975 he joined Fluide Glacial magazine , where he drew rock and pop texts in comic form. From 1978 he was a draftsman for the Superdupont series , where his works were printed in five albums until 2014.

In later years he mainly worked as an illustrator.
