Elena Vintilă

Elena Vintilă (born January 27, 1946 in Timișoara ) is a former Romanian long jumper and pentathlete .

At the European Athletics Championships in 1966, she came in pentathlon on 14th place and was eliminated in the long jump in the qualification. In 1970 she won silver in the long jump at the Universiade .

In 1972 she was sixth in the long jump at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Grenoble . At the Olympic Games in Munich she finished 14th in the long jump and 20th in the pentathlon .

At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, she was eighth in the long jump .
