Eleonora Evi

Eleonora Evi (born November 20, 1983 in Milan ) is an Italian politician from MoVimento 5 Stelle .

Life

Eleonora Evi graduated from secondary school in 1997-2002 , after which she attended the Bertrand Russell natural science high school in Milan. From 2002 to 2013 she studied various subjects: 2002–2005 product design , 2005–2008 industrial design and successfully completed her university studies with a master’s degree in strategic design . Subsequently, until 2014 she was in charge of the office for international relations - didactics coordinator for international master’s courses - organization, management and promotion of activities with an international focus. At the same time, she worked in project planning and consulting, was a sales assistant, responsible for corporate identity and finally in a private company for planning sales promotion.

She ran in the regional elections in Lombardy in February 2013 as the candidate of her party, the 5-star movement in the constituency of the province of Milan. The result (340 votes) was below the limit for an entry into the regional parliament.

Evi has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 , her political party was elected with 17,927 votes in the north-west Italian constituency. In the EU Parliament she works in the Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety , in the Committee on Petitions and in the Delegation for relations with the People's Republic of China.

She is applying for a second term in the European elections in May 2019.
