Elham Ibrahim
Elham Mahmoud Ahmed Ibrahim (born October 12, 1950 in Aswan , Egypt ) is Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy at the African Union .
Life
Ibrahim received his PhD from Cairo University in electrical engineering and communication technology . She was, among other things, Undersecretary in the Egyptian Ministry of Energy, Director General for Education and Training at the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) and Associate Professor in Riyadh .
