Elisabeth von Holstein-Rendsburg (* around 1300; † before 1340) was Duchess of Saxony-Lauenburg from 1315 to 1322 and Queen of Denmark from 1330 to 1331 .

Elisabeth came from the house of Schauenburg and was a daughter of Count Heinrich I von Holstein-Rendsburg and his wife Heilwig von Bronkhorst. Around 1315 she married Duke Johann II. Von Sachsen-Lauenburg for the first time and gave birth to a son who succeeded his father after his death in 1322 as Duke Albrecht IV. Von Sachsen-Lauenburg . But this was still a minor, so that his mother Elisabeth initially led the regency for him. In 1330 Elisabeth entered into a second marriage with Erik , the co-king of his father Christoph II of Denmark . In the following year this childless marriage was annulled. Elisabeth died before 1340.
