Elisenhof

The Elisenhof is a shopping center at Elisenstraße 3, Luitpoldstraße 3, Luisenstraße 4, Prielmayerstraße 1 and 3, near the main train station in Munich's Maxvorstadt . It has around 28,000 m² of office space and a retail area with 12,000 m² of rental space.

It was built in 1984 according to plans by the Munich architect Herbert Kochta . In 2013 the Elisenhof was renovated. The building has a facade made of natural stone and glass. In 2006 it was sold by the Schörghuber Group to Tishman Speyer Properties for 150 million euros . In 2015 they sold it on to AXA SA for 220 to 230 million euros .
