Elizabeth Poea "Liz" Harmon (born January 9, 1992 in Rarotonga ) is a soccer player from the Cook Islands .

Career

In the club

She belongs to the Tupapa Maraerenga FC . In 2008 she was named Player of the Year in the Cook Islands.

International

Harmon is the current player on the Cook Islands women's national soccer team and represented her home country at the 14th Pacific Games in 2011 in New Caledonia . In 2007 she took part in the Pacific Games as the youngest participant in her country. Harmon came to the 2007 Pacific Games in Samoa to a total of three games.

Private

Her younger sister Temata Harmon also plays soccer and is a member of the junior national team (Te Au O Tonga).
