The Pacific Games in 2011 (formerly South Pacific Games ) were until September 11, 2011. August 27, Noumea , New Caledonia discharged. These games were the 14th edition of the Pacific Games since 1963. 4,300 athletes from 22 nations and territories were expected to attend the games.
