The national football team of the Cook Islands (women) represents the independent island state of the Cook Islands in international women's football. It reports to the Cook Islands Football Association .

The Cook Islands are a member of the world football association FIFA and the regional association OFC . So far, the team has not yet managed to qualify for a women's soccer World Cup or win the Oceania women's soccer championship. With only five wins from 26 games in the sparsely occupied OFC, it is one of the weakest national football teams for women in the world. Nevertheless, the third place in the Oceanic Women's Football Championship 2010 with eight participants and 2014 with four participants was achieved. In 2018, the team, which had not played a game since 2015, could not repeat this and lost all group games, including losing to Tonga for the first time .
