The OFC Women's Nations Cup 1994 ( Engl. : OFC Women's Nations Cup ) was the fifth playout of an oceanic continental championship in women's football and found in the period from 14 to 20 October 1994 Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea instead. In addition to hosts Papua New Guinea , only three teams, Australia and New Zealand , took part in the tournament, which was also considered to qualify the Oceania zone for the 1995 Women's World Cup. The game was played in a double round of everyone against everyone.
Australia was group first and Oceania champion in women's football and qualified as a representative of Oceania for the 1995 Women's World Cup in Sweden.
