The OFC Women's Nations Cup 1986 ( Engl. : OFC Women's Nations Cup ) was the second playout of an oceanic continental championship in the women's game and was held to 5 April 1986 in Christchurch (New Zealand) in the period from 29 March. In addition to hosts New Zealand , which was also represented by a B team, as Papua New Guinea withdrew shortly before the start of the tournament, only four teams took part with Australia and Chinese Taipei . Everyone against everyone was played in a simple round. The first two teams then contested the final and the third and fourth placed the match for 3rd place. Taiwan was the winner with a 4-1 final victory over Australia.
