Elmar Gerum
Elmar Gerum (born September 11, 1946 ) is a German economist .
Professional career
Gerum is a student of Horst Steinmann . From 1968 to 1974 he studied business administration and law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg . In 1979 he received his doctorate as Dr. rer. pole. From 1982 to 1989 he was professor of business administration at the University of Economics and Politics in Hamburg , from 1989 to 1994 he held the chair for organizational theory at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf , and since 1994 the chair for general business administration, organization and management Human Resources at the Philipps University of Marburg . He has now retired.
