Elsa Silber was an Estonian silent film actress in the 1920s.

Silent movie

Silber made his debut in 1924 in the Estonian silent film Mineviku varjud under the name Ella Silber. A year later she could be seen in the film Tšeka komissar Miroštšenko , directed by the German director Paul Sehnert .

In 1927 she played the leading female role in Voldemar Päts ' Kevade unelm . With Jüri Rumm , she ended her short career in Estonian film in 1929.

In 1925, Elsa Silber took part in the Miss Estonia election, which was organized by the Estonia-Film company . She took third place.
