Elvina Island is an island in the South Georgia archipelago in the South Atlantic . In the Jomfruene group, it lies between Margit Island in the west and Agnora Island in the east.

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2009. It is named after Elvina Adeline Birgitte Esbensen (née Larsen, 1884–1956), one of the daughters of the Norwegian whaling entrepreneur Carl Anton Larsen , who was influential in South Georgia .
