Liis Emajõe (born August 21, 1991 ) is a former Estonian soccer player.
Emajõe played for FC Lootos Põlva in the first Estonian women's football league from 2008 to 2009 and then moved to FC Flora Tallinn . There she played until mid-2013 when she moved to the United States at the University of Maine and played for their team Maine Black Bears . She ended her career in 2015. In 2007 she was used for the first time in the women's national team of Estonia and played a total of 29 internationals by 2014.
