Emanuel Eichel
Emanuel Eichel (* 1717 in Augsburg ; † 1782 there ) was a German engraver.
Eichel was born as the son of the silversmith Emanuel Eichel the Elder (* 1690 Danzig; † 1752 Augsburg).
Eichel became a student of the engraver Johann Daniel Herz (* 1693; † 1752). In 1770 he was appointed master drawing in the Protestant college near St. Anna .
In 1750 he married the daughter of the silversmith Johann Josef Herz. Eichel supplied copper engravings to the Augsburg publishers.
