Emil Mauritz Hünnebeck

Emil Mauritz Hünnebeck (born July 30, 1891 in Bochum , † January 13, 1968 in Innsbruck ) was a German civil engineer and steel construction entrepreneur (Hünnebeck company).

Hünnebeck wanted to become an architect and studied architecture and civil engineering at the TH Aachen from 1910 to 1916 .

He developed diamond nets for reinforced concrete, for the production of which he founded Rautennetz GmbH in Essen in 1929. This was supplemented by scaffolding and formwork systems and later developed into the Hünnebeck company in Ratingen-Lintorf .

He was an honorary doctorate from RWTH Aachen University .
