Emil Vestenický

Emil Vestenický (born July 17, 1948 in Turá , Okres Levice , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Slovak general and leader of the land forces. He is married and has two children.

Among other things, he studied at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the USSR from 1988 to 1990. After going into the reserve , he became a politician of the Slovak National Party . He was elected to the National Council of the Slovak Republic for the 2006-2010 legislative period . For the European elections in 2009 Emil Vestenický was placed on the list of 8 of his party and thus missed the entry into parliament, as his party only won one mandate.
