Emmanuel-Maximilien-Joseph Guidal (born December 31, 1764 in Grasse , † October 29, 1812 in Paris ) was a French general.

Guidal was promoted to soldier in 1781 and to Chef de bataillon in 1792 . He served in the Italian Army and from 1793 in the Vendée Army. In 1799 he was promoted to Général de brigade . Since he had been in contact with the English Mediterranean Squadron since 1810, the police arrested him on January 21, 1812 in Marseille and took him to the La Force prison in Paris. General Malet freed him from custody on October 23, 1812 as part of the Malet conspiracy . With this and other co-conspirators, he was after the failed coup indicted on 27 October 1812 and 29 October executed .
