Emmanuel (martyr)
Emmanuel († 1st century in Asia Minor) was an early Christian martyr and saint . (Immanu'el, עמנואל “God is with us” or “God be with us”).
As companions of the Holy Emmanuel during the Christian persecution under Diocletian the be Bishop Quadratus of Athens and other mentioned. The exact place and time at which they suffered the martyrdom is unknown. The saint's feast day is March 26th .
