The EnBW ODR is a subsidiary of EnBW and a service company in the field of electricity , natural gas , energy services, information technology and the environment. It emerged in 1999 from the merger of the two energy suppliers UJAG and MÜAG and is based in the Württemberg city of Ellwangen .
