Endre Kovács (clergyman)
Endre Kovács OCist (born November 6, 1927 in Egerbakta , Heves County , Hungary ; † July 29, 2007 ) was auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Eger in Hungary.
Life
Endre Kovács joined the religious order of the Cistercians OCist and was ordained a priest on April 8, 1951 . 1975 he was by Paul VI. appointed auxiliary bishop in Eger and titular bishop of Media . In 2003 his resignation was granted by John Paul II .
