End consumer (food)

According to European law, an end consumer is the last consumer of a food who does not use the food as part of the activities of a food business .

According to German law ( LFGB ), the end consumer is referred to as a consumer . In the Food Labeling Ordinance , the consumer has the same rights as restaurants, communal catering facilities and traders, insofar as they purchase food for consumption within their business premises. The prepackaging regulation uses the term final consumer instead of the term end consumer .
