End consumer (food)
According to European law, an end consumer is the last consumer of a food who does not use the food as part of the activities of a food business .
According to German law ( LFGB ), the end consumer is referred to as a consumer . In the Food Labeling Ordinance , the consumer has the same rights as restaurants, communal catering facilities and traders, insofar as they purchase food for consumption within their business premises.
