Enrique Silva Cimma
Enrique Silva Cimma (born November 11, 1918 in Iquique , Chile , † July 14, 2012 in Santiago de Chile ) was a Chilean lawyer and politician (Radical Party). From 1983 to 1990 Silva Cimma was chairman of the Partido Radical Social Demócrata , since 1998 he was senator . From 1990 to 1994 he was Foreign Minister of Chile.
