The ENTEGA business customers GmbH & Co. KG , based in Darmstadt was a sales subsidiary Entega . It was integrated into Entega Energie in 2013 as part of the Entega Group . The company offers business customers advice and services for energy management.
history
ENTEGA Business Customers GmbH was founded as a sales subsidiary by HEAG Südhessische Energie AG (HSE, later Entega AG) in 2011. The business customers previously served under ENTEGA Vertrieb GmbH & Co. KG were transferred to the newly founded ENTEGA Business Customers GmbH. After it was founded, ENTEGA Business Customers GmbH also took over energy sales to the industrial customers of citiworks AG , a supplier to large and industrial customers, which in 2010 became a 100% subsidiary of HSE.
In 2013 the company was merged with the other sales companies enteGa Privatkunden and e-ben. As of 2019, the sales company is called ENTEGA Plus GmbH.
