Epaphras (coroplast)
Epaphras ( Greek Ἐπαφρᾶς ) was a Greek coroplast who lived in the 2nd century BC. Was active in Cyprus .
Epaphras is only known from a signature on a clay statuette of the goddess Aphrodite with Eros . The complete inscription Ἐπαφρᾶς Θεοποιὸς ἐποί [ει] identifies Epaphras as a maker of votive statuettes . The statuette is now in the Cyprus Museum in Nicosia .
