Ephraim Rosenstein

Ephraim Rosenstein (born October 1940 in Berlin ) is a German poet , editor and filmmaker . He lives in the Allgäu.

After finishing school in 1956, Rosenstein worked in various professions, such as unskilled workers , stokers and messengers . From 1957 to 1959 he completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic and then worked in a large precision engineering company . In 1960 he became a soldier and remained in the army until 1966. From 1966 to 1969 he was in a movie studio as a camera assistant , manager and director worked. Since 1970 he has worked as a freelance director and film writer, he also took on editorial tasks in radio and wrote several television plays from 1972 to 1979 . He studied at the " Institute for Literature " in Leipzig until 1982 and has been working as a freelancer ever since.
